Raymond is a successful serial entrepreneur in China. After founding several companies both in China and US, he became the CEO of Linktone (NASDAQ: LTON) in 2003. He turned the company around and only 11 months after he joined Linktone he successfully took the company public on the NASDAQ and since grew Linktone into a high profit and high growth company. Prior to founding Taishan, Raymond was an active Business Angel and Venture Partner at Northern Light Venture Capital, managing a US$120 million venture fund. He also received many awards, such as "China Top 10 CEOs", "2005 Most Influential People to New Economy“ and “2007 Best Angel Investor”. Raymond is currently managing a later stage fund “Navi Capital Partners”. |

Sebastian joined the Mountain Group in 2006 as an Investment Manager and assistant to the CEO, Dr. Cornelius Boersch. He is responsible for several portfolio companies in the field of Internet & New Media as well as Telecom & Technology. Before this, he founded an internet company and also was working at the Corporate Business Development of Siemens China. Prior to this, he worked with Siemens Management Consulting, Deloitte Consulting, SAP Asia-Pacific and Commerzbank AG. Jason had also worked in traditional sectors and obtained solid field experiences in trading and prospecting projects with renowned enterprises such as NIKE. Jason specializes in organizing resources and strengthening management capabilities in startup companies. Ocean is an active angel investor and successful entrepreneur. After founding E4 ticketing Corporation, Gehua Ticketing Corp. and Gehua Media and Entertainment, Ocean is currently an active business angel investor. His past portfolio includes E4 ticketing, Taiji Resources,5i5j, Top100 and currently holding over 10 other startups. Gehua ticketing was acquired by Ticketmaster in 2008. The company went public at New York Stock Exchange with a market capitalization of about 2 bn USD. For the last years, Richard was also active as a Business Angel especially in the education and online sector. Ramon joined Taishan in 2009 as the Director of Investment Advisory. Prior to Taishan, he worked at RWB Private Capital, DVB Bank, Independent Research and Siemens VDO in Germany. Ramon has been involved in or (co-)founded several start-ups both in China and Germany, especially in the internet, education and travel sectors. Based on the business and private life for more than 10 years in Europe, he successfully co-founded “Chinese Competence - Investment and Finance Professionals Association”, which has become an interactive stage for outstanding overseas Chinese professionals.
